Ball Float Steam Trap

The Ball Float Steam Trap enables steam to condense and enter the system in the form of water by allowing for this process. It prevents the condensed steam from entering the pipes in their gaseous condition by acting as a trap for the steam. The steam is allowed to enter the Ball Float Steam Trap, which consists of a chamber with a floating ball, an exit valve, and the casing. It is accomplished via the trap’s thermostatic air vent. When the steam first enters the chamber from the inlet, it immediately begins to condense because the ball blocks the outflow, and there is no water present inside the chamber.
