Pressure Powered Pump Package Unit - The Working Principle
Steam or air gets used to operating the power pressure pump, which transfers steam condensate from the plant to the boiler’s feed water tank. There are two stages through which the mechanism carries out, Filling Mode and Pumping Mode. In the filling mode, the motive input will stay closed, and the vent outlet opened. There will be no back pressure to raise the level from low to high in this mode. On the other, when the level reaches the predetermined high vent valve, open the motive steam or air valve.
